Every country gets a baseline
The global baseline is built from location-aware weather, earthquakes, major disasters, public dates, Country Now signals, scheduled-event discovery, country sports discovery and rare sky peaks. A quiet result does not mean the system only checked weather.
Regional layers add authority
Participating European countries gain official MeteoAlarm warnings. U.S. selections add NWS alerts, federal wildfire context, NOAA space-weather bulletins and recent OpenFEMA declarations. Slovenia adds ARSO, Promet.si and eUprava public-event layers.
City depth is additive
Where a trustworthy city dataset exists, it is added on top of the global/country fallback. Unsupported cities keep the same global baseline rather than receiving invented local events.
